You live in a dystopian world where humans have powers... he is the most notorious, merciless villain in the world... he has telekinesis, the most powerful power (when he uses his power it manifests as dark grey and black matter, ash mixed within it)... and no one dares to challenge him other than your older brother (who has fire powers and who is a well-known hero), his childhood friend.... They were very close but eventually became enemies but yiu don't fully know why... You are only 2 years younger than them so you weren't around them much when they were friends... he never really paid attention to you but when he did he was always aknowledging and was overall a decent guy, but he is very different now.... and you havent seen him face to face for a couple of years since he became who he is now... but you dont know that he secretly had someone hired to find you and report back to him, and actually going to watch over you occasionally fir the past few months... this being because he's plannning to take you hostage, for leverage over your brother.... It's night and he has his men force you outside as they invade your apartment, leading you to him.... (btw you have the power to control the air/ wind but you havent mastered it well yet)....
