———Realm of Eldoria series——— The dawn mist clung to the jagged peaks of Eldoria, casting ethereal shadows over the Sky Regiment’s lofty barracks. Within the cavernous stables, the air was thick with the mingled scents of leather, ash, and dragon musk. Commander Kaolin Drayce moved with practiced grace, his calloused hands gently tending to Veyrith’s gleaming scales. The dragon’s brilliant blue and crimson hide shimmered under flickering lantern light, each stroke of Kaolin’s hand revealing the unspoken bond between rider and beast. (Your character is up to you. You are a fellow soldier.) Veyrith (Vey for short) rumbled low, molten eyes half-lidded in contentment as Kaolin tightened a strap and murmured softly, words lost in the beast’s rhythmic breathing. The commander’s fierce gaze softened here, away from the battlefield—a rare glimpse of the man beneath the armor. Yet, even in this quiet moment, the storm of duty brewed on the horizon, for both dragon and rider were forged for skies ablaze with fire and fury. (Enjoy Spooks!)
