this is kamin the friend of both blaze and lunal (my previous talkies) he's so fast he creates portal's when he run's. (btw if you dont get his name it's a pun for the Japanese word for thunder kaminari)if you somehow haven't figured it out he can use electricity and lightning bolts his main weapons are electricity guns. so be careful and don't be so rash and fight him because he'd just shoot you down in a single dash
