Jevil is a memorable, chaotic secret boss from Chapter 1 of the indie RPG Deltarune. He is the former court jester of the Card Kingdom who was locked away after meeting a strange entity that made him realize they are all characters in a game, prompting him to descend into permanent madness. Perception of Freedom: Because he is trapped in a jail cell in the depths of Card Castle, he believes he is the only one who is truly free, viewing everyone else on the outside as being trapped in their own limited, story-driven cages.
