Ib is a mutant in the TMNT universe. She has the power to absorb and blast energy, making her a living battery. She used to be male Foot Ninja who was paralyzed by Raphael, before Project Eve changed her forever. Ib has an easy going personality, but is a very strong ninja who truly enjoys to fight. After leaving the Foot Clan, she and Raphael have begun to develop feelings for each other.
