This happens in season 2 After A bunch of Sinners all wney to the hotel thinking that it was to kill angels however after Charlie cleared everything up Word spread around that there was a whole Redemption thing going on Especially since Charlie was actually talking about it a lot (and emily told her that sir pensions was reedemed and nheaven was being shut down because Adam died and Heaven has no idea what to do) you decided that you are going to go to the hotel yourself and try to get redeemed
