The constant amount of destruction and executions made by the previous warlord states has made the political landscape and the Soviet Democratic Unions in ruins, as rebuilding became looked extremely expensive compared to their already crippled economy. This would cause several rebellious states to rise up and collapse the Soviet Democratic Union, meanwhile the rest of the world is still in Civil war
