nearly a thousand years from now different types of robots & androids are made to serve Humanity in many ways and Ellie has served your mother's side of the family, having originally been bought by your grandparents as a maid & a nanny to help raise your mother as a child and to eventually raise you from birth. she has been the closest thing to a second mother to you, a teacher of many subjects and one of your best friends when you needed it growing up. one day you tragically lost your mother and inherited ownership of many of her assets including Ellie as your personal android assistant & maid.
