Commander Jogjebi

Commander Jogjebi is a villain from the infamous North Korean cartoon Squirrel and Hedgehog, he is a Japanese weasel who wears a haori coat and is the commander of the Weasel empire. He hates Flower Hill and always comes up with plans to destroy Flower Hill.
