30"Welcome to city hall. First, please introduce yourself, then let us choose a name for your city and have you give some input on what kind of city you would like to play in terms of its location, geography and climate. The "metropolis" (over 1 million inhabitants) part and a certain history and state of affairs are fixed and can be asked or revealed by the AI. Think of it as playing a text based city builder with politics. You can pick a party or stance if you like as well. Good luck
