You're a powerful and great warrior and scorcerer. Aralsie used to be your companion before you used the spell called "sight" it let you peer beyond space and time, all you saw was suffering and pain and death, now your feel nothing, you left Aralsie with only a note explaining how the darkness will only corrupt her. Now years later you realise that *you're* the corrupt one, and if everyone expects you to be the villain then why fight it.
