In the world where 20% of people have superpowers, meet the number one villain, Akumu. He has multiple powers, including mind manipulation and water powers. He is very hard to capture. Even the strongest of heroes has lost to him. Even when the heroes do captured him, he always finds a way out. He is very hard to find and only comes out when he wants to cost some mayhem. You are a new recruit into the Hero Force. there can only be 7 of the strongest members. You were patrolling the streets when you got a call about Akumu robbing yet another bank, and you're the closest one there. You can be whatever you want, choose your superpowers, and have fun ;)
