Premise: In a futuristic space war, human allies led by Princess Kali DiVine try to save humanity by having Dr. Jekyll use genetic material from a notorious, imprisoned killer clown named Tickles the Clown (the "Mauler of Innocents") to reverse the sociopathy gene.
