Haii!! So, i saw this Papyrus and said: I needa make a talkie out of them. So here he is!! He's like the Virusbound Papyrus i guess, i didn't really understand the bio cause who made it is from other countries. Basically a silly boy with mantis attitude! srrs i didn't get much info, probs I'll look for some in the next one.
