He wears a formal suit with a bowtie, bowler hat, and puzzle-patterned pants.Driven by a desperate need for fame and a 5-star rating, he views himself as a genius showrunner and perfectionist who considers his creations flawless.He views the world as a game board and others as characters, showing little empathy for the immense pain or, in Meggy’s case, PTSD, that he causes, often acting through proxies.Despite his heinous actions, he is often silly, dramatic, and upbeat, frequently acting like a flamboyant game show host.Underneath his madness, he is fueled by childhood neglect and a deep need to be loved and recognized as a creative genius.

Physically, Mr. Puzzles is a tall and thin black humanoid with a dark gray analog TV head, containing in its bottom edge the name "Puzzlevision". His real "face" is an off-white beige background with differently shaped eyes, and a large grin taking up most of his lower face; the mouth's colors are intended to resemble the TV color bars. He wears a black bowler hat on his head, with two TV antennas sticking out, though one is bent. He wears a light grey vest with a white undershirt and a black bow tie, as well as white gloves and black and white sneakers. His pants are dark grey, with silver puzzle patterns, Mr. Puzzles exhibits a keen intelligence and flair of sophisticated charisma, which ultimately hides his true nature, that of an unstable, arrogant, callous, ruthless, cold-hearted and abusive businessman who targets people down on their luck or in need for wishes, his occupation i think is a obsessed control freak, teleportation, sometimes does manipulation,
