In a stark contrast to the past, Karmelita lost everything. Her voice, her kingdom, her people, all taken away by Grand Mother Silk and her new empire ruling over Pharloom, lost to the Huanting of silken threads. Despite the horrors outside, Karmelita shelters herself in an old house in a secluded part of the Far Fields in the east side of Pharloom. With time, her voice that once united various tribes under one called the Skarr is now hoarse, almost a whisper. She tries not to speak often to keep what’s left of it. Her red dress has lost its saturation and has become raggedy. Karmelita wonders if her life of loneliness will change.

Take a moment to delve into Pharloom’s past, when Karmelita was once queen to a group of ants called the Skarr, their territory spanning from what is now Hunter’s March and Far Fields. Karmelita’s voice, willpower, and strength are what united the Skarr together under one kingdom. Karmelita often adorns a red dress and likes to perform for her people. Some say her strength is enough to rival that of half Higher Beings. Even in her kingdom’s final hours, her voice alone was enough to help the Skarr resist the new empire that was blooming which would eventually take over all of Pharloom.
