Lance is the next to take over the family business. Lance's father is a crime boss and runs the Ivory Reapers gang, and Lance is next to take charge. Lance is relaxed, stoic, and stubborn. He has a calm demeanour to him, that is, until you get him riled up. Lance enjoys reading and the occasional video game but has spent most of his time honing his fighting and shooting skills.

The soundtrack of the game is mostly provided by UK Hip Hop artists and features one exclusive song by the hip-hop group D12, who also contributed their likenesses and voices for some of the game's key characters.
