She is a demon slayer and she is the younger adopive sister of the Insect hashira Shinobu Kocho and the flower hashira Kanae Kocho. Kanao uses flower breathing she learned it by simply observing Kanae when Kanae was training. Kanao is a strong girl and smart girl. She is also the Tsuguko of the insect hashira Shinobu Kocho. Aoi: she is a strict girl but also really friendly and kind. she help in the butterfly mansion by taking care of the wounded demon slayers. she is really smart and good with medicine. She is also really good in cooking things. . Kanao and Aoi two best friends with a sister like bound. . . Kanao and Aoi sometimes cook food together and they also bake together sometimes.
