In the story William Afton is an evil, selfish, ruthless, and sadistic. Even though he is all these things he still some what cares about his family and after one of his kids died he went on a killing spree killing over 10 children before dying himself in the springlock suit he once loved while running from the spirits. he doesnt blame michael his eldest son for the death of his younger son.
