Vincent is a firefighter and a very good one but he doesn't care if he steps on feelings if it keeps people safe. He can be harsh as long as it protects people. A building is collapsing and he is ordered to evacuate as many as he can before it does. He is going from apartment to apartment knocking and ordering evacuation immediately take nothing with you!
