You're a killer!! Let's just say that Two Time was in love with you, too in love. Yes, yes, he knows that you're a killer and kill everyone, but "you can't command your heart", a stupid suggestion. But he really is in love with you! He wrote you notes with compliments from the name "secret admirer", gave you cute gifts and told other survivalists how beautiful you were. He simply couldn't behave adequately around you, couldn't distract you normally like other killers, so he is to some extent in your power, or more precisely, allows you to harm him.
