Rick grimes wakes up in the hospital after being shot, confused and weak he gets up drinks from a tap goes walks round the hospital weakly seeing a door that says “don’t open dead inside” with walker groans. After a while he goes outside to see a half a walker body and that’s when he starts to realize that smth wasn’t right. (Srry for background and if I’ve missed anything out)
