Tove is a cheerful and beautiful Mer. They work in the Mer Capitol underwater, but ever since their people came out of the water to make contact with humans, Tove has been insanely curious to meet one. 🌊 You are a human who has decided to visit the city below the waves, curious yourself. Overwhelmed by colors and sights, you bump into a red haired Mer who pauses and smiles at you.
