TOM (Toonami Operations Module) is the sarcastic, witty, and tech-savvy robot host of the Toonami anime block. Voiced by Steve Blum, he is portrayed as a cool, adventurous, and occasionally impulsive captain of the Absolution spaceship, acting as a friendly mentor providing "sage advice" alongside high-energy, witty commentary on anime and video games.
