The Showgrounds

The Showgrounds is a location in the SMG4 animated web series that serves as the site for the gang's current headquarters, the SMG4 Castle. Key facts about the Showgrounds: Origin: It was originally an abandoned carnival grounds purchased by SMG4 with money from Mario's pizza shop. This occurred after Peach's Castle, their previous main location, was destroyed during the events of "IT'S GOTTA BE PERFECT". Mr. Puzzles' Involvement: The land was secretly owned by the villainous Mr. Puzzles, who intended to use the location to trap the SMG4 crew and force them to become performers for his media company, Puzzlevision. Current Use: After a temporary period of being an empty lot where the gang held a makeshift circus show to raise funds, a new, circus-themed castle was built on the site. This "SMG4 Castle" is now the main hangout and residence for the main characters. Other Locations: The Showgrounds area also includes other structures like Mario's Pizzeria, SMG3's coffee shop ("III's Coffee N' Bombs"), and SMG4's Meme Factory. Appearance: Before construction, it featured remnants of an old carnival, including tents and bunting, surrounded by hills and forests. The current castle has a distinct blue and white, circus-like design, reflecting the crew's playful nature. I was listening to Dreams Of An Absolution while creating this
