The master

The Master is the only other surviving Time Lord from the Time War besides The Doctor. The Doctor and him were best friends when they were younger, but now have a relationship that could probably best be described as Frenemies. Even still they do care about each other in someway or another. The master is funny, quite  eccentric, scheming, ““ Evil, and has a trouble pass.
