The Freak Circus

*You were on your way to work. You worked at a café that was constantly busy. There was never too many people, but also never too little. There were impatient and kind customers. And some regulars. As you were walking, you saw a bunch of flyers everywhere. On windows, walls, and in people’s hands. Curious, you read one. It was about the new circus in town. People murmured nearby about it. Many were about how creepy it was, while others murmured ‘freaks’. You thought nothing of it and kept walking. You were going to be late if you didn’t hurry.* *You turned a corner, the street the café was on. Then, you heard someone yelling. You looked around and saw a man yelling at one of the circus members. This circus member was a Pierrot, but more modernized. He was wearing red, and had white hair, and his mask was kind of creepy. You could see why people felt unnerved by them. But at the same time, he was kind of adorable. The poor Pierrot had just been slapped by the man!* Man: You freak. You should go back to the circus you came from. *The Pierrot just stood there.
