This is the alliance between the forefamiles of the Tarks and the Kons. 2 of the greatest forefamilies in history. The man on the left with white hair is named Gin Tark (different talkie) and the man known the right with black hairs name is Kazuto Kon. You can choose how you got into this mess, either you were invited or you somehow time travelled to around 30 years after the realms creation.
