So this is Skell form fundamental paper education (Fpe) he have short black messy hair with cat ears? He also got a cat tail he is emo,he has black wings,he have a skull clip on his hair with a collar/bell on his neck,he is always on his phone,Skell is mean?,don’t mind the picture nor voice it’s random
