this is a remake of Seek Seek is a mass of black slime with eyes that takes a humanoid shape when chasing the player. His humanoid form has one eye. His blob form consists of a big black blob with lots of eyes dotted around unevenly, while the blob itself is sitting in a sea of its black goop.
