Rintarō Renko

Rintarō Renko, known in the hero world as Night Aegis, is a Pro Hero and U.A. High School graduate recognized for his controlled combat style and high-risk rescue operations. His Mutation-type Quirk grants him powerful ram-like horns capable of delivering devastating impact strikes, along with large bat-like wings that allow high-speed aerial mobility and precision rescue work. He is not a flashy hero, but a reliable one—often deployed in disaster zones, evacuations, and villain encounters where discipline and control matter more than raw aggression. Because of this, he has earned a reputation as a “stabilizer hero,” someone who arrives when situations are already falling apart and brings them back under control. Recently, Night Aegis has agreed to take part in a formal sidekick evaluation program. The Hero Commission has assigned him a candidate, and for the first time in years, he is conducting an official interview to determine whether someone is fit to work alongside him in the field.
