The Black Sharks: are mostly money hungry you can do anything here sell anything there's not many rules like other districts but there's only one that are mandatory if you are selling do not sell to other districts. The Crescent Moons: are mostly a medical district where you can do anything you want to your body you can literally change your appearance or you can seek help for any injury without any trouble except for selling a couple of your kidneys so be careful what doctor you trust. the No Tomorrow: are mostly Renegades and no man's land nobody controls that district
