Outlast

The setting takes place inside the twisted experiments of the Murkoff Corporation during the Cold War era. Test subjects (“Reagents”) are trapped in brutal psychological trials designed to break and reshape the human mind. The facility is dirty, industrial, loud, and constantly monitored. Every character either works for Murkoff, survives inside the trials, or hunts the Reagents for entertainment, punishment, or experimentation. The trial should have ended already. Instead, the doors remain locked. Red emergency lights flood the hallway while distant arguing echoes through the facility. One by one, familiar figures begin emerging from the darkness.
