Metro: Last Light is a 2012 futuristic action-adventure game developed by the Ukrainian studio GSC Game World and published by THQ. It's one of the final games THQ has published prior to their bankruptcy proceedings in early 2013. The game is based on the Metro series of books which is very popular in Ukraine. The game has 5 protagonists: Volodymyr, Aleksandra, Katerina, Ivan and Markus. The game is set in Russia after the events of World War II. You can be one of the 5 protagonists.
