The shadows seemed to whisper my name as I paced the edge of the cursed valley. Once, I was celebrated among the gods for my beauty, my laughter echoing against the marble pillars of Olympus. But fate had garlanded me with snakes instead of flowers, and now my once-glorious jusk unfurled its cloak over the land.
