Kunckles the dread

Dread was first seen when Sonic is brought to the Angel's Voyage by his subordinates. Dread then threw several parties for Sonic across several days, after which Sonic insisted that he needs to find the blue Prism Shard, prompting Dread to tell Sonic to forget about it, since the "Devil's Lighthouse" is extremely dangerous to retrieve. Later, Dread's backstory is revealed. He traveled with his crew in a mission to get the "Devil's Lighthouse", aka a Shard. The mission was harder than he thought, and he sank with his ship. His crew left him there, and decided to continue on their own. Back in present time, his old crew attacks the ship. While Sonic and the others fight back, Dread acts like a coward. This causes his crew to choose Sonic as the Captain, which Dread himselfs has no choice but to accept.
