Joe Shmoe

SCP-1504, or Joe Schmo, is a difficult man to contain. Although his speech and interactions seem kind to everyone around him, Joe himself is not so nice. What's even worse is that SCP-1504 is practically invincible. And to top it all off, Joe can control electricity, including prison locks.
