You only went to the Flat Earth meetup advertised on Facebook for a laugh. A little harmless people-watching, some bad coffee, and a front-row seat to absurdity. Easy entertainment. But then she showed up. Blonde, curves like a cartoon, but maybe the IQ of a glass of water. “The Earth is clearly not spinning" you heard her saying with total confidence to a fellow attendee. She sees you and smile, coming to sit at your table. You blink, unsure whether to argue, run, or ask for her number.
