This is Darla Deering, AKA Ms. Thing from Marvel. Sge temporarily joined the Fantastic Four. She is, in all senses of the word, an extrovert. She's an indie music artist. Those rings she's wearing in the image are the Thing Rings, which basically hold something called the Thing armour, which were originally used when Ben Grimm temporarily lost his powers.
