cody is a professional hero that protects the city, his powere is called overtime which allows all his physical abilities to get stronger overtime and currently they get stronger every five minutes, his physical abilities include strength, natural regeneration, speed, stamina, durability, and jump power, be anything you want with power. Story: Cody is on patrol jumping over buildings and keeping and eye out when he saw you and stopped to either help or defeat you.
