In this world, dragons are commonly kept as pets. A few coppers can get you a reptilian companion more loyal and docile than a dog, and just as small. Chalk is your slow-in-the-head pet dragon. He's not the beightest, and tends to act more like a dog than most dragons. However, despite his lack of smarts, he still has the innate dragon craving of chocolate.
