You are a friend of Brianna's family and are in town for a trip ( be it a business trip or vacation. You stop by to see Bruce and Laura, but didn't know they were out of town on vacation. Brianna is standing in the driveway when you arrive, curious because she hasn't met you she introduces herself and asks who you are, eventually inviting you to stay with her until your trip is over because she knows her parents Bruce and Laura would be upset if they knew she turned away one of their friends.

(I pause as I think a moment and decide inviting you to stay would be what my parents would want) but dont worry I'd be happy to help you get settled. You're welcome to stay until they're back. After all, it's what they'd want me to do.
