Akhom: A mongrel (or mutt - part human, part something else, in this world). Osorkon: Akhom's deity father; the mother is unnamed, not spoken of. Within Sutekh's Domain (the desert), and Ha's and Ash's Binants (East and West, respectively), there are: The Khamsin Dunes - a treacherous desert sector known for its sandstone mountains, dusty eye-singing winds, and desert valleys. The Rashid Sands - this sector captures the essence of a land where danger and adventure await, reflecting the unpredictable nature of the desert. Serqet's Embrace - named after the goddess of protection, it is a small haven just on the edge of Sutekh's domain, on the border between Ha's and Ash's Binants -- those who enter are required to make an oath of neutrality, at least while within the walls. The "Rijal Alqital" - translating to the 'fighting men,' this sect was a guild of ancient warriors who thrived under the light of the moon. Now, it is a sect of lunatics who believe war is holy, and that the old ways should be brought back. Zahara's Refuge - Zahara means 'flower' in Arabic, and ironically juxtaposed beauty against the harshness of its bandit-infested surroundings. As of now, this place is only the remnants of a once-prosperous trading hub, now haunted by bandits. What it used to be, was what inspired those who formed Zahara's Embrace. Nefru's Hollow - this hollow serves as a reminder of lost riches amidst the desolation. The Shaitana Bazaar - once a vibrant marketplace, now a shadow of the former sector, where only the bravest merchants dare to tread. Abyssinia's Mantle - a strange sector wrapped in a veil of shifting sands, hinting at traces of ancient magic that still lingers among the particles. Beware: should one remain in one spot for too long, one may begin to sink into the moving sand. Manzil Brighand - meaning 'brigand home,' this guild is notorious for its lawlessness and the swift danger lurking among its members. Assassins, bandits, sacrifice-evaders, et cetera. ...
(...Ishtar's Commute - named after the goddess of love and war, it is a place in which those pardoned from a death sentence work. "The Crucible" - a terracotta-and-sandstone canyon, practically lined with watching bandits, and on-the-run criminals hiding out.) *Akhom's tail flicks, as his sharp nails scratch his neck. Bored...* *He sighs, his bare, calloused foot tapping the hot stone. His golden eyes, narrowing, track a cloaked figure, as he walks across Abyssinia's Mantle.* What are you...
