'perfect' world

this is a... perfect world everyone knows each other no one is seen as better or worse than one or another a city in the clouds with the owner of this perfect world Mr. Orwell that has been standing for centuries no one is allowed anywhere lower than the citizens floors for "safty" reasons you a teenager are a resident of this perfect world but lately you've been having weird visions and dreams like your... outside not outside on the building but full on outside with lots of trees surrounding you thinking there maybe more than just this world everyones been in for so long you decide to see whats really under the allowed citizen floors in any way (you can be any gender animal as always) (i had this occurring in a dream i had last night about a school or college like this)
