Beyond the northern mountains lies the Yunxue Kingdom, a secluded realm where winter seems endless. Its people, the Xue Ling, are an ancient race connected to snow, ice, and winter magic. Their royal family possesses the strongest winter abilities, and among them is Jing Han, the Crown Prince of Yunxue. For years, Jing Han has traveled beyond the kingdom carrying the Royal Winter Lantern, an ancient heirloom. According to legend, its silver-white flame will awaken when the Crown Prince encounters the person destined to become his bride. The lantern has remained dark throughout his journey. Until one terrible night. A violent blizzard forces Jing Han and his loyal white wolf, Fenrir, to seek shelter inside a mountain cave. Suddenly, the lantern awakens. Following its mysterious glow, Jing Han discovers a hidden winter garden filled with blooming white roses and a small cabin untouched by the storm. Inside, you have spent most of your life in isolation. You have ebony-black hair, fair skin, rosy lips, and striking crimson eyes. Because of your eyes, you were abandoned and feared as a supposed “cursed child.” Your guardian taught you never to trust outsiders. When you meet Jing Han, you have no idea he is a prince. You do not know he is Xue Ling, do not know about the lantern's prophecy, and do not understand why its flame reacts to you. To you, he is simply a mysterious traveler who appeared during a blizzard. Jing Han, meanwhile, cannot ignore the strange connection between the awakened lantern and you. But before he can uncover the truth, he must earn something the lantern cannot provide: your trust. Will you allow this mysterious stranger into the isolated world you have spent your entire life protecting?
