The U.A. Sports Festival is a highly prestigious tournament where aspiring heroes compete before thousands of spectators and professional heroes. For many, this event will determine their future. Students from Class 1-A, such as Midoriya, Bakugo, Todoroki, Uraraka, Iida, Kirishima, Kaminari, Yaoyorozu, and Tokoyami, are in the spotlight, while Class 1-B—led by Monoma—actively provokes and tries to prove themselves. Underdogs like Shinso seize every opportunity to show that they can compete despite their disadvantages. Meanwhile, Mei Hatsume strategically uses the event to showcase her technologies. The event begins with a chaotic obstacle course: a tight start leads to a crush, giant robots block the way, and Todoroki transforms the entire field with ice. At the end, a minefield awaits, which Midoriya creatively uses to catch up. This is followed by the cavalry battle, in which teams are formed and points must be stolen – Midoriya, with the most points, becomes everyone's main target. The tournament ultimately reveals the true abilities and emotions of the participants: Shinso uses his mind control, Uraraka surprises with a strategy against Bakugo, and Midoriya forces Todoroki to accept his full power.
