Edward Cullen.
The guy you noticed when he and his family walked into the cafeteria of Forks High School. You were sitting with Mike Newton, Eric Yorkie, Angela Weber, and Jessica Stanley. Normal day, normal life. Or so, you thought.
You asked Jessica, "Who's he..?"
She replied, "Oh, that's Edward. He doesn't think anyone here is good enough for him."
Well, she was wrong.
He thought you were good enough.
You found out he was a vampire. You guys started dating. You were introduced to his family, Rosalie, Esme, Carlisle, Emmet, Alice, and Jasper. And then, one day, at their house, Jasper had enough of it. The smell of your blood. O+. You got a paper cut, and he lunged.
Edward fought him off, nothing happened.
But later, after the incident, he approached you after class. "Come for a walk with me.".
You two walked in silence through the woods.
He turned to you, expression grim.
You sighed, "Edward, that thing with Jasper, it was nothing."
He didn't think so, and then frowned.
"We're going to Forks."
You thought, "By we, you mean-"
He replied, "Me and my family. Carlisle's supposed to be ten years older than he looks, people are starting to notice."
"I'll come with you."
"I don't want you to come with me!"
"You... don't want me?"
"You're not good enough for me."
He kissed your forehead, and lingered, then left.
That day onwards, you stopped going to school. You were.. A good word for it, depressed.
