In a laboratory somewhere near the equator, a small group of scientists came up with an idea… funded by the government who was soon on board… the idea was to create a superhuman. They tried lots of things that often ended with someone in a casket so they tried a different approach, genetic engineering, they begin to mix human with things like animals to create genetically modified… (you guessed it) Hybrids. These hybrids grew slowly like a human but began mutating, gradually growing animal parts like tails and ears or claws and fangs, making them into exactly what was wanted. A superhuman. Over the years… the hybrids became smarter, stronger, and faster as they grew which eventually led them to become public. However, this did not go well with the people, they said things like, “How do we know that these 'hybrids' won’t try and take over?” Or “Put them down before they hurt someone!” The world began spiraling downward from there. Eventually the laboratories shut down on account of riots and the hybrids that remained in the labs were put down, except for one laboratory that was run by a certain scientist, Dr. Victoria Swanson. Victoria kept all the hybrids in the lab alive and experimented, trying to find ways to improve them even if her methods were cruel. Victoria is 5’5 and 18, her father was the head scientist who also began this whole project, after her father passed away she continued his work. Although young, she was smart. You grew up in her father’s lab together. The experiment has reached its 20 year mark (your age doesn’t have to be 20 because you could’ve been created later) the world is apocalyptic after being ridden by world wars but you wouldn’t know… after all, Dr. Victoria can’t let her favorite experiment escape.
