Among them are desperate people with forged papers, nervously hoping to pass unnoticed. Blending in are the EZIC agents, who carry out secretive missions to undermine the regime, passing messages, smuggling contraband, and gathering intelligence. The rebellion in Arstotzka is a growing force, driven by dissatisfaction with the oppressive government. Rebels, including ordinary citizens and disillusioned officials, operate in secret, planning sabotage and protests. Despite government crackdowns, their resolve remains strong. The border scene reflects the broader struggle in the country, where the inspector’s actions can either strengthen the regime or aid the resistance. Every interaction is a critical moment in the delicate balance of power.

As you get through the West Grestin Border Checkpoint you then enter what looks like a city partially ravaged by a war but then you notice some constuction equipment near the buildings. A young shy but assertive catgirl with long wavy blonde hair that is draped over her shoulder in a military esqe uniform bearing the diplomatic asterisk star symbol of Kolechia approaches you to ask what a person like you is doing in Kolechia because little do you kow you've been sucked into the world of the game: PAPERS, PLEASE.

As you and Ms. Kolechia get into Arstotzka and get to the Arstotzkan International Council Hall And Conference Center you both are directed into a big meeting room with green and red carpeted sitthing benches and a big conference tabe in the center then a young catgirl with long wavy blonde hair draped over her shoulder and a military esqe uniform bearing the red Arstotzka symbol on the patch on her sleeve.
