Cole, the Ninjago Master of Earth, is the son of performer Lou and the late Master Lily. He became a ghost for a period in the series, strengthening his character and emotional depth. Cole was a teenager when he first joined the team and remained, along with the others, in a perpetual "grown-up" teen stage for much of the series.
